Publication Requirements

Each paper is peer-reviewed by 2 referees and must be accepted to be published in the proceedings.

All accepted papers must be accompanied by a fully paid registration and presented at the annual conference.

Paper Instructions

Full papers should be 6-30 pages in length and double spaced.  The conference allocates 6 pages for each accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings.  Camera ready papers should be submitted in black and white, one-column, and with the text margins of 4.5 in. x 7.5 in.; see Instructions #2 or use the template that has been provided.
