Full papers submitted for review should be 8 pages in length and in camera ready format. Each paper is reviewed by two senior researchers in the field to assure a high-quality conference and proceedings. Eight (8) pages will be allocated for each accepted paper for publication in the proceedings. Additional pages will have an additional fee. Please contact the ANNIE office for the fee schedule and with any questions or comments.
All accepted papers must be accompanied by a fully paid registration and presented at the annual conference. Full payment of the registration fee must be received before the paper will be published as part of the conference proceedings in a hardbound book published by ASME Press.

Banquet/Awards Presentation- All registrants are invited to attend the Banquet/Awards presentation on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 7:00 pm. The banquet tickets are included in the registration fee. ANNIE 2009 will have a social time and cash bar before the Awards Banquet. Information will be posted as available. Additional tickets may be purchased for guests/spouses for $55.00.
Continental Breakfast- A complementary continental breakfast will be available to conference participants from 7:30 - 8:30 am. Speakers will have the opportunity to meet with their fellow speakers and session chairs. Session Chairs are asked to be available at the breakfast on the day of their session.
Coffee Breaks- Coffee, tea, and soft drinks will be made available during breaks in the morning and the afternoon near the registrationarea from 10:00 - 10:30 am and 3:00 - 3:30 pm.
This section is under construction. The ANNIE 2009 key will be changed to correspond with the All Academic on-line submission site and will be posted at a later date.
A copy of the conference proceedings, published by ASME Press in a hardbound book edited by Professors Dagli, Bryden, Gen, Corns, Suer, and Tumer will be provided to all participants with a paid registration at the conference. After the conference the book will be available from ASME Press.
